1) Educational Infrastructure support to a Government school in Jhajjhar
It gives us immense pleasure to inform you all that we successfully inaugurated our 2nd phase of our CSR initiative for the year 2016 -17 on 3rd of October, 2017 at the Senior Secondary School at Jhajjar, Haryana.
The inaugural event was attended by more than 100 employees from the Corporate office. The event witnessed a huge turnout of the local populace. The enthusiastic and complete participation of the school kids and staff was both overwhelming and very encouraging.
The 2 hour event included inauguration of the project by the Chairman’s mother, respected Mrs. Ratan Bala Rajain. It was followed by a welcome song, dance and yoga presentation by the school children. As a mark of gratitude a special memento was presented to the Chairman by the School Principal on behalf of the staff and students. The CSR event concluded with a tree plantation drive followed by lunch for all present.
About our CSR Work undertaken in 2016 -17:
Educational Infrastructure support to a Government school in Jhajjhar, which includes:
- ➜ Construction of the New structure in the Government school to augment their existing infrastructure by the construction of 4 new classrooms
- ➜ Complete class room interiors to facilitate an optimum environment for education
The funding for the work was done through a Trust – Shri Raghuvir Singh Rajain Trust, incorporated for charitable purpose.

The core philosophy and CSR vision of our Group is to work towards a sustainable development of society by contributing in the fields of education, health, hygiene, environment and skill development. As an ongoing process we would be requiring Volunteers to participate in our various community engagement programs with the school as well as the village. Volunteering will be open to the spouses and families of the Tenon Employees too. Negar will be sharing the calendar in advance for the same. This will be purely a voluntary engagement, but credit for the same will be reflected in your overall deliverance.
